| FIND OUT The Everybody's Reading project took place at High Street Library in 2001/2002 and followed a similar project at Breightmet Library called Reading Lifelines. The aim was to encourage all 16-25 year olds to join and the library and take advantage of all the services on offer. An outreach worker was appointed for 18 hours a week and a variety of events, promotions, and activities were organised in the library and other venues to appeal to this age group. |
