Drop into your local library and be amazed! You can surf the net, e-mail your friends, pick up a good read, check out the CDs, dip into a magazine hone your IT skills with help from a friendly tutor, play computer games or study in comfortable surroundings. And there’s much more - look out for Summer Splash activities, create your own pop music using special software or join a drama workshop or reading group. Libraries in Liverpool have changed.
