| FIND OUT Whatever you're into and wherever you get it, Everybody's Reading can take your reading onto a new level. From Birkenhead to Warrington, libraries across the Northwest are joining forces to promote today's best reading. It's not just about books - Everybody's Reading is about all kinds of reading, from web sites to cult novels, because reading: enhances the quality of life: people read because they love it; reading empowers people builds a creative nation: the act of reading is highly creative and it underpins writing and the creative industries promotes literacy and lifelong learning: people who read have flexible minds and are open to wider learning opportunities And it's even not just about reading - this project is about being creative, giving your own views and getting involved Here at Warrington Libraries we are: hosting magical events buying new book stock - with the help of young people investigating new library designs & layouts running creative computer workshops |
